in-person weekend workshop
October 17-18 2026
The patterns you carry with your parents don’t stay in the past—they show up everywhere. In your relationships. At work. In moments where you feel unseen, unheard, or stuck in old dynamics you can’t shake. Join the community of people who have created a new start for their relationships with their parents.
Who is This For?
This program is for adults who:
Want to improve their relationship with their parent(s) but struggle with communication or emotional barriers.
Have done some personal growth work or therapy and are ready to go deeper.
Are open to self-reflection, emotional processing, and new approaches to healing family relationships.
Want to connect with others navigating similar challenges.
What You’ll Experience
Through deep, guided exercises, real conversations, and exercises/tools you can take home, you’ll:
Identify the patterns you aren’t aware are running your relationships
Unpack the unspoken tensions and emotional loops with your parents
Develop practices for approaching conflict and setting clear, kind boundaries
Connect with peers to continually support you on your journey
You don’t have to wait for your parents to change. The shift starts with you. When you do this work, every relationship in your life gets easier—romantic, family, work, and beyond.
