Kan Yan
Kan is an executive coach and facilitator with deep expertise in relational healing, leadership development, and mindfulness-based coaching. A Harvard-trained lawyer and former McKinsey consultant, he has spent hundreds of days in silent meditation retreat, and facilitated workshops for executive teams as well as authentic communication groups and men’s groups. Kan created Parents Reimagined to help adult children transform their relationships with their parents, blending psychological insight, somatic awareness, and practical coaching tools.
Rām Massoudi
Rām Massoudi is an ordained minister and holistic self-realization guide devoted to building spiritual community with depth, coherence, and clear direction. After decades in senior executive leadership in high tech, guiding complex organizational transformation, he turned fully toward his deepest calling: helping expand consciousness, reduce suffering, and realize spiritual freedom. Grounded in decades of inner exploration, lived experience, and direct practitioner work—along with over a decade of multidisciplinary training spanning neuroscience, psychology, somatic, energetic, shamanic, and consciousness-based modalities—his work addresses the fundamental human split between psyche, body, and spirit.
Program Details
This program offers an 8-week series of weekly 90-minute zoom calls as well as a 3-day in-person entheogenic communion ceremony for adult children and parents ready to transform their relationship at a deeper level.
This program is a partnership between Parents Reimagined and Rām Massoudi. The entheogenic communion ceremony weekend is designed, held, and administered independently by Rām Massoudi under his ministerial role with the Congregation for Sacred Practices. Enrollment in the Parents Reimagined program and participation in the ceremony each require their own separate agreement and intake process.
