Break old patterns. Choose a new way of relating.
This group is for adult children who want to understand what’s really happening in their relationship with their parents—and stop repeating it.
With careful facilitation, shared reflection, and practical tools, you’ll learn how to stay connected without self-abandonment, and honest without rupture.
If your parents are still shaping your inner life more than you’d like, this work meets you where you are.
