Kan Yan

Kan is an executive coach and facilitator with deep expertise in relational healing, leadership development, and mindfulness-based coaching. A former McKinsey consultant, he has spent hundreds of days in silent meditation retreat, trained in Internal Family Systems and Hakomi, and facilitated authentic communication groups, men’s groups, and BIPOC healing circles. Kan created Parents Reimagined to help adult children transform their relationships with their parents, blending psychological insight, somatic awareness, and practical coaching tools.
